At Le Monde Gourmand, we want you to be completely enamored with your new fragrance experience. If a scent isn't the perfect match for your collection, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your fragrances in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit, including any promotional materials received.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
